Oil prices slipped modestly higher on Tuesday, with West Texas Intermediate (WTI) climbing to $102.60 (+$0.84, +0.83%) and Brent crude reaching $111.66 (+$0.92, +0.83%). The uptick comes amid renewed diplomatic efforts aimed at curbing Houthi attacks in the Red Sea, which have previously weighed on energy markets.

Gold fell to $3,995.21, down $21.99 (‑0.55%), while silver slipped to $52.885, a decline of $1.456 (‑2.68%). Copper edged up to $6.5740 (+$0.032, +0.49%), and aluminium dropped to $3,038.90, a fall of $1.35 (‑0.04%). Natural gas traded at $3.055, up $0.033 (+1.09%).

Market participants remain cautious, but the latest diplomatic progress has provided a small boost to energy prices, suggesting that geopolitical tensions in the region may be easing.
