DAX Holds at 25,187 as Bearish Momentum Persists, Global Commodities Mixed
The German benchmark index has stalled at the 25,187 level, with bears maintaining control in the session. The DAX is currently hovering near a key support zone, and traders are cautious as the market shows limited upside.
In the commodities arena, gold slipped 0.42% to $4,123.16, while silver gained 0.33% to $57.46. Crude oil continued its upward drift, with WTI at $99.42 (+0.89%) and Brent at $110.54 (+0.90%). Copper remained largely flat, trading at $6.57 (+0.03%), and aluminium fell 0.68% to $3,009.00. Natural gas was the only commodity to decline sharply, down 1.73% at $3.005.
Market participants are keeping a close eye on the DAX’s ability to break through the 25,187 threshold, while commodity traders monitor the modest gains in oil and the subdued performance of metals and gas.
