Al-Manawla Shipping Saudi to distribute 0.70 SAR per share for the first half of 2026

Al-Manawla Shipping, listed on the Saudi parallel market, announced that its Board of Directors has decided to distribute a cash dividend of 0.70 SAR per share to shareholders for the first half of the 2026 fiscal year, representing 70% of the nominal value.

The company noted that the dividend entitlement is for shareholders owning the company's shares at the close of trading on Thursday, September 3, 2026, and who are registered with the Depository Center for Securities at the end of the second trading day following the record date.

It also indicated that dividend payments will commence by transferring the amounts to the accounts linked to the eligible shareholders' portfolios starting Wednesday, September 16, 2026, via the payment agent (Depository Securities Company – Depository).

The company's first‑half 2026 results revealed a net profit increase to 2.39 million SAR, compared to 1.56 million SAR in the first half of the previous year, a rise of 53.64%.
