September Manufacturing Trends: Resilience Across European Markets
The latest Purchasing Managers' Index (PMI) data for September reveals a steady performance across European manufacturing sectors. Germany’s industrial sector maintained its momentum, showing continued stability throughout the month. Meanwhile, Italy saw a return to growth, with its manufacturing PMI climbing to 50.4. Greece also reported robust activity, bolstered by a significant surge in export demand that reached an 18-month high. Additionally, the Czech Republic’s manufacturing sector remained on a positive growth trajectory, while France experienced a slight deceleration in its expansion pace compared to previous months.
