Silver followed suit, trading at $60.77, up 0.257 points or 0.42%. Energy markets, however, experienced a decline: WTI crude fell to $92.08, a drop of 1.66 points or 1.77%, while Brent crude slid to $105.06, down 1.59 points or 1.49%. Base metals were mixed; copper edged up to $6.7555, a rise of 0.0085 points or 0.13%, whereas aluminium slipped to $3,042.35, a fall of 5.45 points or 0.18%. These movements reflect a market balancing cautious optimism in precious metals with a pullback in energy and industrial metals as global economic conditions continue to evolve.
